We rely on several focused strategies when locating qualified candidates for our client’s job opportunities. These include:

  • Sourcing names through our broad network of personal, professional and industry contacts;
  • Reviewing our extensive resume database;
  • Researching relevant personnel changes at companies of interest;
  • Advertising on targeted career and industry sites.

Our candidate search is tailored to client requirements. For each position to be filled, we have worked with the hiring organization to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment and prepare a detailed position specification.  In every case, we are challenged to track down and engage with individuals possessing highly specific technical, product, industry or customer skills.  We may be asked, for example, to locate candidates with experience selling a precise product to a discrete list of named customer accounts.  A job’s physical location may impart additional restrictions; if there is a large local talent pool, our client may be unwilling to relocate a candidate regardless of their skills and strengths.

Given this reality, we are often not able to consider otherwise-qualified professionals for certain positions. But when we do have a candidate/job match, we work closely with the individual to ensure that they are well-prepared and well-positioned for the process ahead. We collaborate on resume excellence, interview strategies, and research on the hiring organization.  We prepare a detailed assessment of each candidate’s job qualifications, and recommend them to the hiring manager. We provide post-interview follow-up and assistance on offer negotiations.  Bottom line, we are invested in your job search success.
